Hollapeno Chicken Chili
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 white onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cans white beans (cannellini, great white, or navy) I like great white
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 16 oz can sliced tomatoes
- 1 4 oz can green chilies
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 cup Hollapeno Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup jack cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced jalapeños (optional)
Instructions:
In pot, add oil, sauté onion and garlic, add chicken, cook till chicken is done. Add salt, beans, broth, tomatoes, chilies, cumin, oregano, and Hollapeno Hot Sauce. Cook on medium high for ten minutes. Meanwhile, in separate pan, heat and combine sour cream, flour, and whipping cream. Once combined, add to pot with chicken, and cook and simmer another 20 minutes. Top with jack cheese, and garnish with thinly sliced jalapeños (optional).

Hollapeno Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp Hollapeno Hot Sauce (or more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (about half a lemon
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (or more to taste)
Instructions:
In medium bowl, combine ketchup, Hollapeno Hot Sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire, lemon juice, and black pepper. Stir and combine well. Serve with cooked shrimp, crab, calamari, lobster, or even fish sticks!

First Place Hollapeno Salsa:
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh tomatillos (be sure to remove the husks)
- 1/2 cups chopped white onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup Hollapeno Hot Sauce (or more to taste)
Instructions:
Put all ingredient into a blender, and blend just enough to combine. Serve with warm chips and enjoy!
